Flexographic Printing on Big Bags and Packaging
Marking on a big bag solves two problems at once: it makes the packaging recognisable and carries mandatory cargo information — product name, net weight, batch number and handling symbols. Having it applied separately by a subcontractor is slow and expensive, so printing is part of our own production cycle.
At our in-house flexographic printing section we apply up to 4 colours on polypropylene fabric, finished big bags and sacks. Printing is done on the fabric before sewing — the image lies evenly, without distortion on seams and folds.
We accept artwork in vector format. We will advise how to separate colours for flexographic printing and where to place the marking so it avoids seams and stays legible once the bag is filled.

FAQ
How many colours can be printed?
Up to four. That is enough for a logo and a full marking block. Flexographic printing is not suited to complex images with gradients — we will advise how to simplify the artwork without losing recognisability.
In what format should artwork be sent?
Vector — AI, EPS, PDF or CDR. Raster files have to be redrawn, which extends the lead time.
Does printing extend production time?
Only slightly: the printing section is on the same site and is built into the cycle between weaving and sewing. We will confirm the exact lead time when quoting your run.
