A two-loop big bag is the most cost-effective type of flexible intermediate bulk container. Two lifting loops are stitched into the side seams and carry the load along the full height of the bag, which makes the design cheaper than a four-loop FIBC while keeping comparable reliability for loads up to 1000 kg.
This type suits operations where filling is manual or semi-automatic and lifting is done with a single hook or spreader bar. Two suspension points mean the bag is picked up faster and needs no precise loop positioning — on a production line that saves operator time.
