We follow a clear route: enquiry describing the cargo and conditions → design → prototype manufacturing → testing at your site → production run. The prototype is mandatory: it shows how the bag behaves on your equipment before the run is started.
A full cycle on one site lets us change parameters at any stage — fabric weight, loop type, filling and discharge configuration, liner and printing. Production capacity exceeds 1,000,000 containers per year and the plant runs around the clock.

What do you need to prepare a quote?
A cargo description (material, bulk density, particle size), the mass per bag, filling and discharge method, lifting equipment type and storage conditions. That is enough for a first design proposal.
Do you make a prototype before the run?
Yes, it is a mandatory stage. The prototype is tested on your equipment, which reveals any mismatch before the run starts, while corrections still cost nothing.
What is the minimum order volume?
It depends on the design and whether printing is involved: non-standard cutting and custom artwork raise the threshold. We confirm the exact figure after the design stage.
