Polypropylene Fabric for Big Bags
Polypropylene fabric is the basis of every flexible bulk container. Its weight and weave quality directly determine a big bag's strength, safety factor and service life under load. We produce fabric for our own products and supply it to other packaging manufacturers.
Our plant in Aktobe runs the full chain: polypropylene tape extrusion, weaving lines and a lamination section. This keeps the weight consistent across the roll and lets us produce fabric for a specific job — from light 90 g/m² for sacks and covers to 220 g/m² for four-loop big bags carrying heavy cargo.
Lamination closes the pores of the weave and makes the fabric moisture-proof — this material goes into liners and packaging for hygroscopic cargo. UV treatment is added when the finished product will be stored outdoors.

FAQ
Which fabric weight should I choose?
Two-loop big bags usually use 140–180 g/m²; four-loop bags for heavy cargo use 160–220 g/m². Light fabric from 90 g/m² goes into sacks, liners and covers. We will match it to the product and the required safety factor.
How does laminated fabric differ from plain fabric?
Lamination closes the pores of the weave: the fabric stops letting moisture through and retains fine fractions. It is needed for liners and hygroscopic cargo, but makes the material less breathable.
Do you sell fabric to other packaging manufacturers?
Yes, we supply fabric in rolls on a wholesale basis. Volume, weight and lamination are agreed at order stage.
