FIBC Kazakhstan manufactures polypropylene multifilament sewing thread under the KazFilament brand. It is Kazakhstan's new industrial production of finished sewing thread for packaging and technical textile applications.
The thread is made on a modern SML line from Austria, equipment used by leading synthetic yarn manufacturers worldwide. Automated control of forming, drawing and winding keeps characteristics consistent along the full length and from package to package.
KazFilament consists of many fine continuous polypropylene filaments joined by air intermingling. Air treatment creates even bonding points, keeping the thread compact, preventing separation and supporting stable passage through industrial sewing equipment without conventional twisting.
Consistent structure and winding reduce machine stops and help maintain uniform seam quality in serial production. Linear density, strength, colour, intermingling parameters, winding format and package weight can be matched to the customer's application.
Each batch is checked for linear density, breaking load, elongation, intermingling consistency and winding quality.

FAQ
What does air intermingling provide?
Even bonding points hold the filaments together without conventional twisting. The thread separates less, unwinds evenly and runs more consistently on high-speed machines.
Can the thread be matched to our equipment?
Yes. Linear density, strength, intermingling, colour, winding format and package weight are selected for the application and sewing machine settings.
How is each batch checked?
We check linear density, breaking load, elongation, intermingling consistency and winding quality.
