Laminated Polypropylene Fabric

FIBC Kazakhstan manufactures laminated woven polypropylene fabric in rolls. A protective polypropylene or polyethylene layer is applied to the woven PP base, reducing moisture and dust penetration, preventing fine particles from sifting and providing a smooth surface for flexographic printing.
The material is used where ordinary woven polypropylene does not provide enough protection from moisture, contamination and the environment. It is also suitable for selected FIBC designs that need better moisture resistance, fine-particle retention or high-quality surface printing.
One-sided and two-sided lamination are available. Fabric width and weight, coating weight, colour and roll winding are produced to customer requirements. We supply manufacturers in Kazakhstan and other countries.

How does laminated fabric differ from plain woven PP?
The coating closes the pores of the weave, reducing moisture and dust penetration, retaining fine particles and creating a smoother printing surface.
Is two-sided lamination available?
Yes. We produce both one-sided and two-sided coatings. The coating type and weight are selected for the end product's operating conditions.
