Four-Loop Big Bags for Heavy Cargo
A four-loop big bag is the classic FIBC design, with the load spread across four corner lifting loops. The bag holds its shape under load, stands square on a pallet and stacks well — which makes it suitable for warehouse storage and multi-tier transport.
Four suspension points are designed for cranes, forklifts and automated filling lines: the bag is picked up with a standard spreader bar, and even loop tension reduces the risk of tilting when lifting heavy cargo. This is why the design is chosen for cement, clinker, mineral fertilizers and ore concentrates.
Manufactured in a full cycle at our plant in Aktobe. Fabric of up to 220 g/m² with UV stabilisation withstands outdoor storage, while a moisture-proof liner covers requirements for humidity-sensitive cargo. Design, dimensions and the type of filling and discharge spouts are matched to your equipment.

Yes, provided the fabric is UV-stabilised — this is standard on our four-loop bags. Outdoor service life depends on the region and solar exposure; we will confirm it with the quote.
Can filled big bags be stacked?
Yes. The four-loop design holds its shape better than a two-loop bag and is intended for multi-tier storage. The permissible number of tiers depends on cargo density and bottom type.
