Big Bags for Grain, Sugar and Feed
Agricultural produce demands what construction cargo does not: product cleanliness and moisture control. Grain must breathe during storage; sugar and flour, on the contrary, must be fully isolated from moisture; and feed must not contact foreign materials.
For grain a two-loop design without a liner is usually enough — the fabric lets air through and the product does not sweat. For sugar, flour and starch a liner is fitted: it provides both moisture protection and food-grade cleanliness by eliminating contact with polypropylene.
At large volumes railcar liners beat bags: an open wagon becomes a single vessel, transfer is faster and no cleaning is needed after discharge. We make both — we will match the scheme to your volume and logistics.

FAQ
Does grain need a liner?
Usually not: grain must breathe and polypropylene fabric provides air exchange. A liner is used when the product is stored for a long time in high humidity or when guaranteed isolation from the environment is required.
Is the packaging suitable for food products?
For sugar, flour and starch we use a liner that prevents contact between the product and polypropylene. Documentation requirements for food use are agreed at order stage.
At large volumes, which is better — big bags or a railcar liner?
For full-wagon shipments a liner is usually cheaper per tonne and faster to handle. Big bags are more convenient when cargo is split into batches and kept in a warehouse.
