Big Bags for Cement and Clinker
Cement combines two difficulties at once: high bulk density and complete intolerance of moisture. The bag has to hold 1000–1500 kg in a small volume while letting no moisture through, either in transit or in storage on site.
A four-loop design is used for these conditions: the load is spread across the corners, the bag does not lean and stacks squarely in the warehouse. A moisture-proof polyethylene liner goes inside — without it cement sets from ordinary air humidity.
Clinker and dry mixes add abrasive wear on the fabric, so they call for material at the upper end — 200–220 g/m². A discharge spout in the bottom speeds up emptying on site and reduces losses compared with cutting the bag open.

FAQ
Is a liner mandatory for cement?
Yes. Polypropylene fabric breathes and lets moisture through — cement starts to set from air humidity alone during longer storage. A moisture-proof liner is a required design element here, not an option.
How many tiers can be stacked?
Four-loop bags with cement are usually stored 2–3 tiers high; the exact figure depends on fill density and bottom type. We confirm it at the design stage.
Can big bags with cement be stored outdoors?
With UV-stabilised fabric and a liner — yes, but covering the stack with a tarpaulin is better. Direct ultraviolet light and precipitation shorten the product's shelf life.
