Salt is moisture-sensitive: poor sealing causes caking, loss of flow and difficult discharge. Fine grades may also sift through ordinary woven fabric.
For food and technical salt we manufacture FIBCs with internal polyethylene liners. Neck design and liner fixing are matched to the filling line and cleanliness requirements.
Dimensions, load capacity and bottom type are agreed for particle size, storage conditions and discharge method.
