Polymer granules, powders and chemical feedstock require clean packaging, moisture protection and controlled discharge. We manufacture standard FIBCs with polyethylene liners and filling and discharge arrangements matched to customer equipment.
Fabric type and weight, seam tightness and liner fixing are selected for particle size, bulk density and transport conditions. Fine materials particularly need protection from sifting and contamination.
FIBC Kazakhstan does not currently manufacture Type C or Type D antistatic FIBCs. Where electrostatic safety applies, the packaging type must be defined by the customer through a site risk assessment; we do not claim a standard design for hazardous areas.

Do you manufacture Type C or Type D antistatic FIBCs?
No. These designs are not currently manufactured or offered on the website. Packaging for hazardous areas must follow a specialist risk assessment by the customer.
Why does polymer feedstock need a liner?
It protects from moisture, contamination and contact with the woven base, while preventing fine particles from sifting through the weave.
